Nein?Doch!Job!_ documentation
Due to demographic change, the state of Saxony-Anhalt is facing a severe shortage of skilled labour. Migration to other federal states and an ageing population create a need to fill the existing gap in the local labour market with international expats.

My advertising campaign "Nein? Doch! Job!" delievers answers to the mentioned issue.
The campaign was developed as part of my bachelor's thesis. With the support of visual communication the campaign wants to motivate international STEM master students to choose Saxony-Anhalt as their future home and workplace.

The results of the bachelor thesis are documented in the form of a hardback book.
It includes a detailed research about the effects of the demographic change on the labour market in Saxony-Anhalt. The book also highlights why international skilled expats play an important role in closing the ever-widening gap in the labour market.
Focus is on the potential of the STEM sector and how visual communication can be used in advertising campaigns to inspire international master students to build their future in Saxony-Anhalt.
